APPOINTMENTS
Appointments can be made online, by email, by texting, or by calling us. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving our studio to ensure you’ve secured your next visit.

DEPOSITS
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a service with us. All services are required a $50 deposit of the original service. (lash training deposits may vary)

REFUNDS
We are unable to process refunds on deposits and completed services. If you’re experiencing premature shedding within 72 hours after your lash appointment we will be happy to provide a complimentary mini infill. Be sure to contact us via email or call us to schedule your mini infill appointment. 

LATE ARRIVALS
If you’re running a little late, please update us with an estimated time of arrival. Keep in mind that due to lateness, your service will not be able to exceed the allotted time & there will be a fee added. 

CANCELLATIONS
We understand unexpected situations happen in life but if you’re unable to make it to your appointment, be sure to contact us to cancel at least 48 hours before. Any appointment that is canceled after the 48-hour mark will be charged 100% of the original service fee.

RESCHEDULING
If you may need to reschedule your appointment, you should do so at least 72 before your scheduled appointment. If you decide to reschedule after the 24-hour mark, you will be charged 100% of the original service fee. We ask all clients to contact us to discuss rescheduling your appointment. If we decide to proceed with rescheduling the appointment, it will only be valid for (1) one time and must be within (1) one week of the original service date. After 1 week, the deposit is forfeited and a new appointment must be scheduled. Same-day rescheduling requests will not be honored and will be charged 100% of the original service fee.

NO SHOWS
We value your time, therefore we advise you to please be sure to contact us if you’re not able to make the appointment otherwise there will be a no-call, no-show penalty charge of 100% service fee and you will not be serviced in the future.

EXTRA GUEST
During your appointment, your eyes are to be closed the entire service therefore you will not be able to attend to children, pets, or friends. We ask you to take this time out to relax.

EMAIL REMINDERS / CONFIRMATIONS
Each and every client who books an appointment will receive an email confirmation with service type, date and time of appointment.

Three (3) email confirmations are sent out prior to scheduled appointment.

  • Immediately after booking appointment (email)
  • 48 hours before appointment (email & text)
  • 24 hours before appointment (email & text)

Please be honest about the receipt of your reminder as I am also notified simultaneously of each appointment reminder client received.

PAYMENT METHOD
Cash + all major credit or debit cards are accepted.

REQUEST APPOINTMENTS
If you do not see your desired time slot, you're welcomed to contact us via email to request an appointment.

BEFORE YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT
Please arrive at your lash appointment with clean lashes, absolutely no makeup. If you are to arrive with makeup we will have to clean your lashes which will take away time from your appointment. If we are not able to completely clean your previously applied lashes, removal and a new set will be required. 

LASH INFILLS
Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks from your previous appointment. Must have at least 50% coverage. Infills are based on retention & time. After 3 weeks, a new set is required. Please book accordingly.

+Classic & Light Volume infills are recommended every 2 weeks
+Volume & Mega Volume infills are recommended every 3 weeks

FOREIGN LASH INFILLS
We no longer complete infill services on work that was not provided by Luxurious Blink because our application method is different from others. Also, we are mindful of the risks of mixing products and materials.
