The virtual skin program is for you!
- All packages are shipped Standard UPS. We ask to please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
- All orders generally processed within 2-7 business days.
- Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days in addition to the initial processing time, but can take longer during busy holiday seasons. We do not ship orders on weekends, US holidays or holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.
- Once your order(s) is shipped, a shipping notification which includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email. Once you receive a tracking number, please follow it carefully to be sure you will receive your order.
LB Aesthetics will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages that shows a delivered status such as "delivered in/at mailbox, porch, reception. If you did not receive your package, you must file a claim with USPS. CLICK HERE to start the process of your claim.
Once your claim is filed with UPS, your mail carrier will be able to investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address.

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
