This 6- to 12-week personalized program is designed to repair your skin barrier, target your unique skin concerns, and build healthy, sustainable skincare habits. If you’ve been struggling with frequent breakouts, sensitivity, or wasting money on products that don’t work, this program is your solution. With the guidance of a licensed skin specialist, you’ll gain the knowledge and tools you need to take control of your skincare journey.
Cancellation Policy
REFUNDS We are unable to process refunds on deposits and completed services. (Including Virtual Skin Consultations) CANCELLATIONS We understand unexpected situations happen in life but if you’re unable to make it to your appointment, be sure to contact us to cancel at least 24 hours before. Any appointment that is canceled after the 24-hour mark will be charged 100% of the original service fee. RESCHEDULING If you may need to reschedule your appointment, you should do so at least 48 before your scheduled appointment. If you decide to reschedule after the 24-hour mark, you will be charged 100% of the original service fee. We ask all clients to contact us to discuss rescheduling your appointment. If we decide to proceed with rescheduling the appointment, it will only be valid for (1) one time and must be within (1) one week of the original service date. After 1 week, your payment is forfeited and a new appointment must be scheduled. Same-day rescheduling requests will not be honored and will be charged 100% of the original service fee. NO SHOWS We value your time, therefore we advise you to please be sure to contact us if you’re not able to make the appointment otherwise there will be a no-call, no-show penalty charge of 100% service fee and you will not be serviced in the future.
