SHIPPING POLICY
Physical Products
All packages are shipped via Standard UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days.

Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days after processing but may take longer during busy holiday seasons.

We do not ship orders on weekends, U.S. holidays, or holidays observed by the U.S. Postal Service (e.g., President's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please monitor your tracking to ensure timely delivery.
LB Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier (e.g., "delivered in/at mailbox, porch, or reception"). If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier:

Digital Products & Services
All sales of digital products and services are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase has been completed.
